Division of Occupational Psychology Social Event
The BPS’s Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP) has organised an a cappella choir session as part of its nested event, with all delegates invited to get involved.
Led by choral director Paul Ayres, the session will last for 30 minutes and is open to everyone, no matter what your level of singing experience might be.
Some published research suggests that being part of a choir has wellbeing benefits, so the session will be testing that out and seeing if using our vocal cords can help us to feel better and build new relationships.
The choir session will last for 30 minutes as part of the DOP’s network event at the congress, and take place at lunchtime on Wednesday 5 July in the venue’s main foyer – more information is available on the event webpage.
